In a non-judgemental environment and with an encouraging trainer we can make adjustments on the fly to empower you to work at your best.

 

Our sessions will be 60 minutes long where my sole focus is you and your progress. I'll be here to ensure that you're working towards hitting your targets.

Custom Programme using Hevy

 

Your custom programme, created to meet your needs and goals will be accessible via Hevy.

 

Hevy is an easy to use app with integrated automatic rest timers meaning you can focus on the task at hand without having to worry when your next set is coming up.

We will be using this to track your workouts and monitor your intensity.

Nutritional Guidance using MyFitnessPal

I will work to your needs and calculate what calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat that you need to be hitting to reach your goals, whether that is to lose fat, build muscle or something else entirely.

MyFitnessPal is an app and an excellent tool for tracking food, but more importantly your calories and macros. Providing you with a hassle free, hands-on way to monitor your meals.​​

Support & Accountability

 

Weekly check-ins for in-person clients. Daily check-ins for online clients.

 

This gives us a chance to evaluate your progress, make any changes that may be necessary and most importantly to ensure you're happy with what we are doing.

 

I'm here for any support you may need. Whatever the question may be.

Goal Setting using the SMART Principle

The SMART principle is the best method to set and track goals. It looks like this.

Specific - What is it exactly, that we're working towards.
Measurable - Make it something we can measure, to ensure progress is being made.

Achievable - To avoid frustration or perhaps goals that are too easy.

Realistic - Making sure together that the set goal is realistic, so you can achieve it.

Time - Using a deadline as a basis for our goals, promotes motivation.

Sleep analysis to ensure your routine allows for you to get the most out of your training. Sleep is pivotal to maximising muscle recovery and growth.

Stress can affect so much in our lives and that includes our workouts. We'll discuss stress in your life to see if any adjustments can be made for you to live happier.

Postural analysis to ensure we work to the needs of your body. Empowering you to feel strong and confident during your workouts.
